Leigh’s deep understanding of the company’s inner workings comes from a rich career journey that began right on the shop floor, followed by steady advancement through various roles. Before stepping into the current position, Leigh successfully headed up group engineering and earned a prestigious Licentiateship in Material Finishing, combining practical operational expertise with high-level technical credentials.

In his spare time Leigh enjoys playing a number of musical instruments including guitar, piano and drums and on an occasional evening you may catch me indulging in some karaoke.
