Lyndon joined the SWMF team in 2019. He has gained extensive experience within the manufacturing sector, including contract manufacturing, automotive and the aerospace & defence industry.

Group Managing Director

Damon spent 25 years in the gas turbine industry; originally as an engineering apprentice gaining a wealth of expertise in several roles.

Sean heads up the group's marketing and sales activities, along with his increasingly successful sales team.

As a qualified accountant and with over 15 years in our industry, he is adept at streamlining daily financial operations, whilst translating complex data into actionable information to achieve strategic organisational goals.

Alan Prouse

Group Director of Technology

Alan has gained a wealth of experience within all aspects of surface treatments, having spent 40 + years in the industry. In 1999 Alan made the transition from Production into senior management and has held various roles including Operations, Business Development, Quality, & HSE Manager.

Leigh serves as the Director of Operations, bringing an impressive 23 years of hands-on experience to the business.

With over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, James has built a career focused on engineering excellence, innovation, and quality.

Dave, Site Manager at SWMF’s Yeovil operation, joined the business in 2005.

Emily is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional and Coaching Professional with a diverse background spanning human resources, operations, health & safety and leadership within manufacturing and retail environments.

Chippenham Interim Site Manager

Having joined SWMF over 30 years ago, Sarah has gained extensive experience across a variety of roles within the Office, Accounts, HR/Personnel departments.

Mike Everett

Paint Site Manger

Mike has been in manufacturing for over 40 years now, mainly in the Automotive Industry with the large OEMs. He now has a new opportunity as the Site Manager, Paint Division, to again do what he loves, in a new environment, which is to make continuous improvements, and develop a strong Team.
