He started his career as an apprentice panel beater and paint sprayer. Also, with experience in machine shops, and operating powder coating lines. Joining the Yeovil site at the age of 20, he was made supervisor after five years, leading the shop floor team and later spending time in the quality and inspection departments. Moving up through the ranks, Dave took on the management of the site in 2017.
Dave loves spending time with his family. To keep fit he also loves playing football and squash.
