Main Responsibilities
- Person who can use basic Microsoft package – emails, Excel etc.
- Confidence in talking to customers on the telephone and on Teams (and occasionally in person)
- Responding to progress queries
Accurate handling of telephone queries and passing them on to the relevant people - Punctuality and attendance are key (may consider part time?)
- Some reporting of delivery metrics
- Training will be given on computer system.
Experience in another customer facing role would be good as would any involvement in dealing with KPI’s and aerospace etc.

- Professional appearance and manner at all times
- Professional and engaging customer relationship skills
Computer literate - Warm, helpful personality with a desire to learn and work flexibly as required
- Full training for the role will be given.

08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday.
08:00 – 15:00 Friday
