Four staff, Steve Mayer, Ruth Urbsyte, Tony Ennis and Kristen Mitchell have been awarded their Six Sigma Green Belt. They recently completed the 12 month course, spending a day a month on the course. We are very pleased to have 4 staff in the company with this award. They completed the award with the help of Exelin – a local training provider, and Paul Allen.
Paul has started up a You Tube channel which explains simply what it is all about. The team are using their new skills to help reduce variables on the shop floor and ultimately cut down rejects by technical problem solving, standard operating models and standardisation.
