SWMF Paint division have installed the latest paint spray equipment in the form of a Junair spray bake paint booth and mixing room. The booth is 6 x metres by 2.8 x metres by 2.4 x metres, and the mixing room sized to fit the capacity of the booth. It is suitable for all types of wet paint spraying processes, approved for all aerospace and commercial type work and conforms to Nadcap and AS9100. The design of the room means that processed parts are fully protected from environmental dust and contamination from start to finish, providing superior control of temperature, environment and quality of product resulting in a predictable and reliable finish.
