As part of our vision of “ Leading The Way In Surface Engineering” South West Metal Finishing is pleased to announce the recruitment of the latest intake of apprentices who started their journey with the company in September 2021. Over the course of the next 3 years they will experience a combination of practical and academic training in all disciplines associated with surface treatment on their path to becoming the surface engineers of the future.
As a further update of the progress of last year’s apprentice intake, all have successfully completed their first year with the company and successfully passed the SWMF Surface Engineering foundation course. They will soon be undertaking the Institute of Material Finishing Technician Course with the aim to qualify as Technical Engineers of the IMF.
