It’s our absolute pleasure to announce that the winner of the SWMF Apprentice of the Year Award goes to Scarlett Ryding, closely followed by one of our second year apprentices, Lynton Dalby.
It was a difficult decision as we have such great people in our team but we are so pleased that she won the judging panel over with her continued efforts.
Scarlett’s endearing passion and enthusiasm, shines through in all that she does.
We are very lucky to have her work with us.
Scarlett has now completed her apprenticeship and has decided to take up the position as one of our Quality Technician’s.
Please join us in congratulating both Scarlett & Lynton on their brilliant achievements and we thank them for their amazing efforts.
We currently have a cohort of 10 young people working towards completing a 3 year apprenticeship.
