Lyndon joined the SWMF team in 2019. He has gained extensive experience within the manufacturing sector, including contract manufacturing, automotive and the aerospace & defence industry.

Damon spent 25 years in the gas turbine industry; originally as an engineering apprentice gaining a wealth of expertise in several roles.

As a qualified accountant and with over 15 years in our industry, he is adept at streamlining daily financial operations, whilst translating complex data into actionable information to achieve strategic organisational goals.

Alan Prouse

Group Director of Technology

Alan has gained a wealth of experience within all aspects of surface treatments, having spent 40 + years in the industry. In 1999 Alan made the transition from Production into senior management and has held various roles including Operations, Business Development, Quality, & HSE Manager.
